Burger Quest :: Mighty Kitchen & Others

I admit it. I’ve eaten a lot of burgers this past year, and without ranking them on my Burger Quest list. Truth is…I forgot! But I’m here now to add a batch of new burgers to the bunch, all of which I’ve discussed in other posts (kinda-sorta) with the exception of Mighty Kitchen.

‘Twas a lovely surprise when I took my first bite of my Turkey Bánh Mì slider there, one of a trio of little sandwiches (actually, I got four because, along with my grilled cheese, I mistakenly received a western slider that I gave to a friend; eventually, they brought my Dirty Bird, a chicken and waffle slider). There were so many tasty components to the compact little sandwich that pleased me as I made my way through it, the tangy crisp of carrots, mint, and sprouts mingling well with hoisin glaze and smooth, zesty mayo. And I made my way through it quickly. Next time, I know to order three Banh Mis. And maybe a fourth if they’ll allow it.

Also yummy: their mac n cheese, and a wide variety of comfort classics, with choices ranging from healthy to inventive to indulgent.
